Fire Metal

Metal crafted using Metallurgy 3 for infusing into weapons and armor. When this metal triggers, it places a 30 second Fire effect on the target that deals a low amount of damage. However, this Fire effect can spread to nearby enemies. The fires do die out eventually, as each time it spreads, the new fire will only lasts for half as long as it's parent fire.

Effect
Weapon: 15% chance to set target on fire when attacking. Does damage over time.
Armor: 7.5% chance to set target on fire when attacked. Does damage over time.

Other Notes

  • Fire does 2-4 damage (average 3) every 3 seconds
  • Fire's effect lasts 30 seconds to primary target and half that each time it spreads
