Watch Towers guard the city. They are not nice to enemies of the city. Watch this video if you are curious about what they will do. These are upgradable from city flags by the mayor for 1,000 city coins and 200 crystal.

Lv 4: 30,000 city coins, 800 crystal
Lv 5: 100,000 city coins, 1,000 crystal
